Fake Dommes: The Tell-Tale Signs

As a Domme, I deal with a lot of fake profiles and submissives but this post is specifically for Subs who have unfortunately fallen victim to fake Dommes. I hope to share details and information you can use in order to protect yourself, your money, and your online safety going forward.

Fake Domme Profiles?

Fake Dommes use a fake identity online in order to carry out cybercriminal activity.

You might ask yourself why someone would do this and the main reason is to carry out fraud or theft of identity/money. The Dommes portray themselves as someone who "seems" real but is in fact fake. They use profiles to gain information from vulnerable and inexperienced submissives, obtain money, and can sometimes blackmail them and put them in unimaginable predicaments.

Identifying Fake Dommes

I have listed some of the tell-tale signs that identify a fake Domme below.

  1. They have relatively newly created social media accounts

  2. The username of the accounts does not match the name on the profile (for example the username may be @daniel967392 but the name on the profile is "Mistress Abigail" )

  3. They post the same content and images over and over again with rarely anything new on their feed

  4. The content they post probably belongs to someone else. Check for hidden watermarks within the content and see if it matches the profile.

  5. There is no video content

  6. They don't have ID-verified Content Sites such as Onlyfans or Fansly

  7. They don't have a website

  8. They try to dominate you immediately and ask for money without prior discussion and consent. They are usually upfront, demanding and abusive.

  9. They ask for all your personal information and more than should be required

  10. They have no knowledge of Kink or BDSM as well as RACK, SSC

  11. They want to own you immediately

Identifying Real Dommes

  1. A real Domme will usually have a website or hub where you can find all information regarding them and their services.

  2. They will have some form of content platform. Content platforms such as Onlyfans and Fansly require the Creator to Verify with ID in order to hold a profile.

  3. If they don't hold a content platform, they will most likely have a verification-style video on their social media or post verifiable and new content regularly

  4. Their content will be watermarked

  5. They have reputable interaction and communication online

  6. They have application forms for you to submit

  7. They are educated in Kink, BDSM, RACK, and SSC

  8. Cares for your wellbeing

  9. Respects limits, safewords and boundaries

  10. There is a foundation of mutual trust and respect

Be Careful on your Kinky adventures

Around 90% of all my submissives and longer-term slaves have fallen victim to a fake Domme prior to our arrangement. I have heard many stories and some quite horrific ordeals that they have been through and I wanted to try to highlight the above guidelines to prevent this from happening to you. These are not set in stone guidelines but general advice to protect yourself in the future. Not all of the guidelines apply to any one Domme either, for example, I myself don't post verification videos BUT I have a variety of other media and places which show who I am and that I am in fact verified. In closing this post I would just like to advise you to be thorough, know what you seek, and do your research before approaching any Domme.
