Let's talk Prostate: A guide for those new to Prostate Play.

Updated: Jul 30, 2021

Someone recently asked me to write an article on this topic and I couldn't resist! During our conversation, It came to my attention that Cisgender males are not always fully aware of their "hidden treasure". If at least one person reads this post and takes something from it, then it is very much worth writing about!

* Disclaimer* I'm not a doctor although I role-play them well!

WHAT IS YOUR PROSTATE GLAND?

Your prostate is a walnut-sized rubbery gland that is located within the male pelvis/groin. It sits just under the bladder around 2-4 inches deep between the base of the penis and the rectum. The prostate gland plays a vital role in reproduction and fertility as it is responsible for producing part of the seminal fluid. It can also affect urination.

WHY THE PROSTATE GLAND IS USED DURING AND FOR SEXUAL STIMULATION.

Obviously, I don't own a penis (not a real one anyway!) so I can only comment on common feedback from those who do. If you are open-minded and looking to explore this area more, your prostate can both intensify or cause orgasms. It can be known to give you a full-body orgasm experience and even a hands-free experience. Orgasms are different for everyone so it's really hard to say which category you would fall into without trying this form of stimulation. It is said that stimulation of the prostate gland feels like the intense "moment before you blow" but continuous.

LOCATING THE TREASURE

There are 3 ways that I can recommend for those who are new to Prostate Play.

  1. Using your finger via the rectum

  2. Insertion of Toys via the rectum

  3. Applying Pressure to the perineum

Before encountering ANY play, please always make sure that you and your item of choice are clean and sterile.

Always empty your bladder as prostate stimulation can cause the urge to urinate

Apply a healthy amount of lubricant to a preferably sterile and gloved hand. (you might also want to trim your fingernails)

Relax as much as possible and in a comfortable position. There are many you can try but you will know what feels most comfortable for you

USING YOUR FINGER VIA THE RECTUM

  • Insert your finger around 2-4 inches into the anus. Locating your prostate will feel like a rubbery ball with the consistency of a stress ball or soft fruit.

  • Aim to angle your fingers slightly as if using a "come here" motion. The same as you would with the Gspot in the opposite sex.

  • Once located, the trick is to experiment with what feels good for you. you can massage the area, tap it, stroke it, and so on. Please do keep in mind that if you feel the urgent need to pee, you're applying too much pressure.

THE INSERTION OF TOYS VIA THE RECTUM

  • Position your chosen item in the same steps you would above.

  • Using toys and massagers can add more depth and sensation to the play.

  • Gently apply pressure and adjust the angle until you feel you've hit the spot (you will know when you do)

APPLYING PRESSURE TO THE PERINEUM

  • You can still receive prostate pleasure without actually entering the anus. Alternatively, you can apply pressure to the perineum (the skin between your testicles and anus). This can be done by hand, by mouth if you're with someone, or by toy/vibration.

MILKING VS. ORGASM

The term milking is something you may have heard before and is mostly related to prostate stimulation. When your prostate gland becomes aroused or is massaged, it starts to produce prostatic fluid. This fluid is usually of milky appearance hence the name and is actually your "cum" without the sperm. As you continue to play, this fluid will make an appearance (this is also a good indicator of whatever you're doing, it's working). A full orgasm is the release of prostatic fluid along with sperm from your testes, resulting in full ejaculation. You can do both prostate play and masturbation at the same time to set off the fireworks.

HEALTH BENEFITS

Studies have shown that regular milking of the gland has many benefits including reducing the risk of prostate cancer and relieving pelvic inflammation. Read more about this via HealthLine by clicking HERE

TOYS: WHERE AND WHAT TO BUY?

You can pick up a standard Wand or Massager from most places these days. I would highly recommend Amazon (as long as your not buying from china as it takes weeks, usually breaks or turns out to be a 5 by 7 framed print of Cliff Richard) or Bondara as a first-time buyer

You can also search for Toys known as "Aneros" Massagers. These are specifically shaped and design to hit the sweet spot. Once you're a little more experienced, you can also try experimenting with Dildos and other forms of anal stimulation. The best alternative to this is to make an appointment with me to do it for you!

I hope this article has found you, served you well, and uncovered the anal treasure you never knew you were sitting on.

Much Love
